What did you think about the new Princess Rapunzel?

I adore her!!! ^.^ What's not to love? She's sweet, intelligent, fun, beautiful, a dreamer, she's selfless, and she is well-rounded. She's the epitome of a perfect Disney Princess! <3

I loved her curiousity and the fact that she wasn't a damsel in distress. I also liked her relationship with Flynn

I absoutly love her! I think she not only beautiful but she is also very funny and very talented! I know we will good along great as friends as I love all kinds art like she does,we both like to read, dance,sing and do many other things.I also happened to have my walls in my apartment covered with pictures like she has her walls covered with her art work.I can't stand plan walls at all and I know she can't either as she got paintings all over them! So there are lots things we have in common,I didn't have alot in common with with the other princesses much as I do with Rapunzel.And I do constanly like to keep myself busy and occupied all the time.And I know when I'm at home and don't have alot or bearly any money to go any where,I do try to find something to keep me from going crazy.

I tell why you should love her: OSADKSOADKNFVIOSAIJO! WHY ON EARTH WOULDN'T YOU LOVE HER!!!!!!!!!!!! do I really have to make explanations? pf... ok...: OSKDOAKSDOAKSOAKS SHE'S TO AWESOME!!! :DDDDDDDD

I hated how, like with Mulan, belle, Jasmine, Esmeralda and Meg, they tried too hard to make her seem 'feminist', only with Rapunzel (and Merida) they seriously went overboard. I don't like her at all.

I'm always daydreaming like her and i have lots of the same hobbies. Shes intelligent and so sweet & amazing, but with personality and not drippy ^^
I love the story and the rapunzugene bits, so adorable ^^ I love the whole movie, so funny but My favourite part is when they are on the boats watching the lanterns, and when they sang 'I see the light' i think i cried the first time :') <3 x

Personally, and I'm NOT trying to insult anyone, but I really don't care for Rapunzel. It seems like disney is trying to make another Ariel in personality I mean, head strong, adventuress, determined, etc. Also since Disney changed the story dramatically from the original fairytale Rapunzel doesn't seem charming and warm or really how those princesses were made to be. And yes I know the movie was good but it didn't seem like a disney movie to me and lots of other people agree. When Disney changed The Little Mermaid they made it great and same with Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Sleeping Beauty, Mulan, and even (though I'm not crazing about it) Aladin/ One thousand and one arabian nights, but aladin and the Little Mermaid were changed A LOTE. So to cut to the chase Original Rapunzel= Yay gorry fairytales for all Disney Rapunzel= Why? What happened to Disney?
