Welcome to the results of the countdown for Which Disney Princess Has the Best Speaking Voice. This poll was so much fun to work on! Thanks to all the people who participated in it. I'm so sorry, but I decided to only chose three comments from every poll and try to fit any further opinions into my paragraphs. Also, I've shortened a few comments, because for some reason my mind really isn't comfortable with the longer comments. Now, without any further ado, let's look at the outcomes.

11. Snow White

Snow White went out very quickly, with users claiming that her voice is much too high to be likable. She does have a very sweet voice, but it was a little irritating for the majority of the users. Some said that it is nasally while others said that it literally gets them on edge.

I usually love vintage voices, those movies have that old-school feeling ^^ But Snow's voice isn't that great. ~ tiffany88

I don't like her voice, it annoys me. ~ Sparklefairy375

Her voice really annoys me. ~ Anaji

10. Merida

Even though users thought that Merida's accent is lovely, they didn't think so much about her voice. They also preferred the other Disney Princesses' voices to hers.

I love her accent but I prefer the other voices more. ~ PrincessAyeka12

Prefer the others. ~ Angelica_AW

Not a fan of her voice. ~ tiffany88

9. Rapunzel

Users were begging for Rapunzel to leave since the beginning. One of the uses, anukriti2049, even said her voice is "so generic that I wouldnt be able to pin it down to her if I hear it independently." Because of this, she was quickly taken out as well.

Even the voice actress didn't like her own work. That's a pretty big indicator of mediocrity imo. ~ jeangreyforever

Blah... ~ PrueFever

Her voice is alright but pretty generic. ~ cruella

8. Tiana

The next to be voted out was Tiana. Some users thought her voice just isn't nice at all, while others thought that her tone is irritating. Tiana did have a few defenders, such as MaidofOrleans, who said her voice has got "such a sweet and comforting southern accent."

Not a fan of her voice. I prefer the others more. ~ Sparklefairy375

Not really my type. I prefer more classical voices over the modern ones. ~ jeangreyforever

I don't like her voice. ~ wavesurf

7. Belle

I was very surprised at this, actually. Belle's got an amazing voice and I was surprised it left so quickly. I definitely didn't expect it to be so low. Many users genuinely preferred the remaining Disney Princesses' voices to Belle's.

It's really nasal IMO. ~ ace200

I don't have any major problems with Paige O' Hara. It's just that her voice acting doesn't stand out to me all that much. ~ wavesurf

She is ok but I like others more too. ~ phalangeregina

6. Jasmine

Now this I saw coming. A lot of users didn't disguise their dislike for Jasmine's voice. Many people said it is extremely nasally and unlikable. One user in particular made did her best to out Jasmine (I'm looking at you, EmaSomolanyiova) because her voice is "ew," haha.

It almost sounds like she's trying to sound sexy, but it just doesn't work. She only succeeds at sounding like she's got the flu. ~ MaidofOrleans

Just like Belle's speaking voice isn't that memorable, Jasmine's speaking voice still doesn't stand out to me. ~ wavesurf

Meh. Her voice on other languages is way better than her original voice. Her English voice sounds very childish and snobby. ~ Starfox2000

5. Mulan

Many users said she speaks like a guy for half the movie anyway (which is why I really love her slipping up sometimes. Her voice is very pretty when she's not trying to deepen it) so she was the next to leave.

She's alright but is generic and spends most movie as a guy, changing her voice to that as well. ~ anukriti2409

Uh nothing too special. ~ carter_morrison

Her voice is too masculine for me. I prefer more traditionally feminine voices like Cinderella and Aurora. ~ lily_grace

4. Aurora

I'm not sure why but it makes me really happy to see Aurora up here. Her voice is beautiful and even though a lot of users thought it was, they thought she spoke too little in the movie, and is therefore unmemorable.

Her voice is okay, but not memorable. Plus, she only speak a few lines from her movie so... ~ Sparklefairy375

Aurora's voice is so not memorable. ~ Evera

She has a great tonality and smoothness in her voice but she speaks very little in the movie. ~ anukriti2409

3. Pocahontas

Some people thought Pocahontas's voice wasn't consistent and some people just preferred the remaining two Disney Princesses's voices. However, a lot of people did think her voice is one of the best.

I prefer the others more. ~ Sparklefairy375

She sounds a little off at times. ~ jeangreyforever

I prefer the other two. ~ Princess Ayeka

2. Ariel

Users thought that Ariel's voice was very nasally and was equivalent to your average teenager's voice. However, a lot of people also defended Ariel's voice, saying that Jodi Benson's casting is perfect and that Ariel sounds amazing.

Ariel's voice just sounds like your average teenager, and is kind of nasally. ~ MaidofOrleans

Ariel's is fine but i also Love Woods voice, its just very balanced, has the perfect huskiness and is comforting. ~ anukriti2049

No contest. ~ disneynerdtobe

1. Cinderella

I'm actually very happy with this placing! I love Cinderella's voice so much and I'm so happy she got her spot up here. Sure, there were users who would have liked to see her go, but the majority of the users stood with her, saying that her voice actress, Ileen Woods, has the most beautiful voice. Jeangreyforever also said, "Cinderella's voice is just flawless. Her voice actress had Alzheimer's, but towards the end of her life the only thing that would calm her down was the nurses playing 'A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes' event though she had no memory of it. That's how powerful that song and her voice," which I found very touching.

I love Cindy's sweet, comforting, soft voice. It's so soothing to listen to! ~ MaidofOrleans

Ariel's voice is lovely but Cinderella literally has the voice of a goddess. It's so soothing, warm and gentle. ~ disneynerdtobe

I love Jodi's speaking voice, but I could listen to Ilene Woods talk all day. ~ hatelarxene

So that's it for the countdown. Thank you for sticking with me! And thanks for reading this, which is funny because you haven't yet since I'm still writing it... but thanks anyway, if you did read this. I'd also love to see how your list goes!

Unlike my favorite Disney Princess list this list hasn't changed so much, but I still felt like writing an article about this because not only has it changed, it's also been a while since the last time I wrote this article. I find all the princesses pretty, but I have prefrences, for example I prefer the more realistic looking princesses so don't be surprised if most of the bottom placements are the cartoony looking princesses. Anyway enjoy this article

13. Jasmine

I've never really found Jasmine beautiful, she's pretty though. If I where to base this on color scheme only she would be much...

After being here on Fanpop since few months, my opinions and way of seeing each princess have changed a lot, though not for all princesses. Some have gone from favorite to least favorite while some have been on an opposite ride, altogether. A lot has changed as I have grown up and inclusion of other princesses as well in recent times (Frozen and Brave).

So here's my new ranking list of Disney Princess along with the mention of their original ranking prior joining to Fanpop

1. Belle:
When I think of Belle, one word strikes me "whole-hearted" person. She inspires me so much to find balance between...

So I've been reading that the "Prettiest Princess" ranking is sort of like a right of passage article that all of the fans here on fanpop do so I figured it was time for my own. Instead of just doing a physical beauty ranking, I wanted to do an overall beauty ranking instead. I personally see ranking women based only on their physical beauty as objectifying them so I am kind of confused that it's not looked at that way here on fanpop? (Not saying this to judge or condone others but just out of genuine curiosity and confusion considering the way some fans have reacted to perceived objectification...

Okay so I tried to seek others' opinions for this who connect with Merida more than I do. I realized that there are articles on here for the ranking of every princess except for Merida and I didn't think there should be any reason for her to be excluded. I always found these articles to be so neat though so I hope the Merida-fans will appreciate this. I'm completely open to any changes with more input.

12. Aurora: General consensus seems to be that Merida would get along with Aurora the absolute least, most likely for their opposite in characters. Aurora rates duty, grace/manners, love/romance...

"The flower that blooms in adversity is the most rare and beautiful of them all."
"The flower that blooms in adversity is the most rare and beautiful of them all."
So while there are a lot of great things that are pointed out about the movie Mulan, there are also things that I haven't seen pointed out yet so I wanted to share.

1. Realistic Representation of Culture: I love that it is not over-Americanized and mostly stays true to Chinese and Asian culture. The most American part of the film is the fact that she thinks she can take a man's place in the army. That and Grandmother Fa's comments in general. Other than that, the movie is pretty accurate to her culture. I find this important because I don't understand the point of showing a different culture...

Moana follows the adventure of spirited teenager Moana Waialiki (set to be Disney's first Polynesian princess) who sails out on a daring mission to prove herself a master wayfinder and fulfill her ancestors’ unfinished quest. Three thousand years ago, the greatest sailors in the world voyaged across the vast South Pacific, discovering the many islands of Oceania. But then, for a millennium, their voyages stopped — and no one today knows why.

During her journey, she meets the once-mighty demi-god Maui (voice of Dwayne Johnson), and together, they traverse the open ocean on an action-packed...

(DISCLAIMER:I don't hate any princess, I have my least favorites but still..)
13. Elsa

Although I love ALL Disney Princesses I find Elsa to be extremely annoying and overrated. But I can't say that to anyone without them griping at me! Originally Elsa was at number 9 or ten on this list but the fans dropped her down even more. So why else besides fans do I put her here? She can't take responsibility for her actions! She never stood up to anyone and blamed the whole thing on Anna, when it was partially her fault. Elsa should have told Anna at the coronation about her powers, it's not like...

I apologize in advance if I am being harsh, I hate to get all critical about hair but I do it because there's really not that much to say and I'd rather fill in the blank spaces. Anyway, enjoy!

11. Beast
Beast's doesn't even look like hair, more like fur or a greaseball. Which makes sense since he's been an animal for most of the movie... anyway moving on. I don't mind the length at all, it's majestic. Although I still think his hair is awful overall and rightfully deserves last place on my list.

10. Charming
Sequel or original, his hair looks like plastic. People criticize his looks...

Hello everyone. I have been putting this off for far too long, I can be stupid when it comes to stuff like that, I should have made this thread a long time ago so the new Cinderella Diamond Edition release could fix these problems or actually restore the entire film over again the right way, but here it is, the hard proof that for the 2005 Platinum Edition release of Cinderella they restored the film wrong, and even may have re-painted or changed things in it on purpose.

Now, even though Cinderella was released most recently on home video in 2012, they used the same restoration from 2005 for...

Last time I wrote about songs that I thought suited Ariel, now I'll write about songs that I think suits Rapunzel, hope you'll like this article :)

link - Within Temptation
The message and the refrain of this song is why I think this song suits Rapunzel

link - Within Temptation
This song really suits Rapunzel towards the end of the movie when she's going to be taken away by Mother Gothel

Another song that suits Rapunzel towards the end of the movie, this one suits her when she learns that she's the lost princess

link - Beyonce
This song could suit all the princesses, but Tiana suits it the most, just listen to the song and you'll see why

link - Britney Spears
Totally suits Tiana, she's all about hard work

link - Nas
Again another perfect song for Tiana

link - Within Temptation
I mentioned this song in another one of my articles and I still think it suits Tiana after she got to know that she couldn't get her resturant, but also a little bit before that
