How The Live Version Of The Little Mermaid Changed Things For me

She's the perfect Ariel! (ESPECIALLY in personality)

Since I've been a fan of this club, I never had been keen on Ariel even though she has a magical movie and she's the only mermaid in the lore. However, The live version of the cartoon that came out in September, 2023 changed everything. But also, keep in mind that I changed and my opinions also have. I have to make up a new list of my fav princesses because god- ITS ALL MIXED UP AGAIN! Also, I remember arguing about Ariel's appearance with wavesurf in this club and I told him/her that she was pretty ugly, while my opinions are switched. I love her huge eyes and bright red hair more than ever (even though I still have mixed opinions on her lock)

All social media platforms went crazy with the movie's appearance: Halle Bailey being black. They complained about her different appearance, voice and how she played the role. I don't think that changing the race was necessary, but I don't mind it. Actually, I believe that Halle did a pretty good job in portraying Ariel: dreamy, brave, romantic... And she didn't seem spoiled at all to me like in the cartoon. Also her smile and face fits the name Ariel very much, I can't even explain this.

Another reason why I loved the live was Prince Eric. He was so brave and kind, and the chemistry between Ariel and him was so much better than the original cartoon. Not mentioning that his mimics and face gave up the love he had for Ariel. He wasn't just a random sailor who fell in love with a mermaid in the live version. He was a brave young man who was searching for a girl his own kind.

Anyone know how to delete articles? Cause I have to delete my previous favs in order to create a new and updated one.

In case you haven't noticed yet, when I put this calendar together, my goal was to make it as international as possible..meaning, it wasn't supposed to feature the holidays of a specific country, it was supposed to feature holidays which are as widely as possible celebrated, or at least well-known. Ever since I was a little kid Aurora didn't leave much of an impact. I've always hated the whole "love at first sight" deal so I really don't like that she quickly falls in love with literally the first guy she meets and then gets all upset that she can't see him anymore after only meeting him once for a few seconds. Then there's the fact that for the rest of the movie she's asleep so there's nothing else we get to know about her.

Once upon a time, there live 2 princesses who live in 2 different time eras. Yes, they're also famous for their respective stories and their names are Cinderella and Aurora. They live an extraordinary lives after the event of their respective movies.
One day, Aurora discovers something beyond her wildest imagination. The 3 fairies left a magical vortex, and wonders what it is. Suddenly, she fell right through the vortex and it magically transfers her to a palace in the Victorian Era France.
